  • 10.00-10.05, Introduction – Welcome to the Omnia Online Conference
    A brief introduction to the Conference and some words about housekeeping.

  • 10.05-10.45, Four great ideas on how to improve your Omnia Intranet
    In this session, you will learn about four Omnia concepts around building a modern digital workplace. Jörgen Bjerkesjö from the Omnia Team will present hands-on examples aimed to improve and revitalize your intranet. We will also explain how these concepts relate to Microsoft Viva.

  • 10.50-11.30, Customer Case: The City of Malmö
    The Swedish municipality ‘City of Malmö’ implemented their Omnia solution in 2020. The platform has generated improvements in information structure, internal communications as well as engagement and participation of the 26.000 employees. In this presentation, Intranet Manager Elisabet Lundholm will share learnings and give a tour of the Omnia solution.

  • 11.35-12.15, Enhance your intranet with structured knowledge sharing
    This session will provide information on how you can drive productivity by using your intranet for structured knowledge sharing. Anders Fagerlund from the Omnia Team will show how communities, discussions, articles, subscriptions and more can be used to make the most out of knowledge within your organization.

  • 13.00-13.40, Customer Case: Signify
    The global lighting company Signify launched a new intranet for their 36.000 employees in 2020. The intranet is a gateway to all relevant company news and collaboration tools and the main objective was to personalize information structure and navigation, ensuring that information is relevant and easy to find. In this presentation, Communication Manager Elise Peursum and IT Platform Manager Rob Weijschede will share learnings and give a tour of the solution.

  • 13.45-14.25, Boost user experience in your Omnia solutions
    Omnia holds many possibilities for you to provide a rich and unique experience for end-users. In this session, David Jönell from the Omnia Team presents the latest UX features of Omnia and hands-on examples on how they can be applied to create an improved experience for end-users.

  • 14.30-15.00, Omnia Roadmap – what’s around the corner?
    There is so much happening in the field of intranets and regarding how we will work going forward. In this session, Anders Fagerlund and Jörgen Bjerkesjö from the Omnia Team will share our plans and thoughts on the Omnia roadmap and talk about what you can expect during the upcoming year.
