Welcome to Omnia User Group Conference 2022 – the best community event for anyone working with Omnia-based solutions.

This year, the event will be staged on November 16-17 at Quality Hotel View, just outside Malmö city center with easy access by car, train, or flight.

Learn from customer stories

We have a tremendous set of speakers lined up for the conference. Welcome to take part in learnings from Electrolux, MAN Energy Solutions, RSA Insurance, City of Malmö, Dansk Industri, Skövde kommun, Stadium, Mölnlycke Health Care, and Novo Nordisk Foundation.

Vote for features

At the event, you will be able to take part in a session where you can vote for features that should be included in the next release of Omnia. We will select and present a few improvement suggestions submitted by customers – and then you decide.

Ask the Experts

If you have any questions or challenges regarding Omnia, please bring these to the conference and ask for advice in the Ask the Experts booth.

Network and mingle

After the last session on Wednesday, we will host a knowledge-sharing mingle with a buffet and refreshments of your liking. Here you can get advice from peers and strengthen your network.

The future of Omnia – and other keynotes

At the conference, we will present new features and capabilities in Omnia, announce product news, and discuss the roadmap for 2023. We especially recommend the last session of the conference where we will present: "The future of the digital workplace and Omnia".

Training sessions

We will also host a series of training sessions during the conference. Learn more about improving the user experience, extending solutions with PowerApps, HR-related Omnia concepts, and how to use Omnia for managing internal projects.

TICKETS

The price for all activities during the conference and coffee, food, snacks, and drinks is EUR 300 per participant. The registration is binding, but you can transfer your place to a colleague if you are prevented from attending. The conference fee will be invoiced within 30 days after your registration.

We can also recommend Best Western Malmö Arena Hotel which is only a 2-minute walk from the conference hotel (+46 40-642 04 00). There are of course also several hotels available in the city center, just ten minutes away with local trains/metro.

TRAVEL

If you travel by:

  • CAR: The venue is just off E20 (exit Vintrie or Persborg) and has parking available.
  • TRAIN: Purchase a ticket to Hyllie and the hotel is just a 50 m walk away.
  • PLANE: Take the train from Copenhagen Kastrup Airport to Hyllie and you will find the hotel close by.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Based on evaluations from previous years, we dare to say that the conference will be rewarding for intranet managers, business developers, project managers, superusers, system owners, and similar roles within functions such as communication, HR, IT, or QM.
