Welcome to Omnia User Group Conference 2022 – the best community event for anyone working with Omnia-based solutions.

This year, the event will be staged on November 16-17 in Quality Hotel View, just outside Malmö city center with easy access by car, train, or flight. We hope to see +100 people from organizations running Omnia gathering for two days packed with knowledge sharing.

You will meet 8-10 Omnia customers sharing their stories and best advice on driving adoption, effective collaboration, managing knowledge, planning for the digital workplace journey, and much more.

Omnia Keynotes

At the conference, we will present new features and capabilities in Omnia, announce product news, and present the roadmap for 2023.

Training sessions

No matter if you work in IT, HR, Comms, or other functions, there will be several training sessions led by Omnia experts to choose between.

Vote for features

Ahead of the conference, we will choose a number of improvements suggested by customers, and then you will have the opportunity to vote for what we should include in the next release.

Ask the experts booth

During the conference, you can bring any questions or challenges to our Ask the Experts Booth – and you can count on getting answers from our Omnia experts.

Knowledge Sharing Mingle

We invite you to meet with and learn from peers, and share learnings from your projects and solutions, in our Mingle event on the evening of Nov 16. Of course, there will be food and drinks to your liking.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Based on evaluations from previous years, we dare to say that the conference will be rewarding for intranet managers, business developers, project managers, superusers, system owners, and similar roles within functions such as communication, HR, IT, or QM.

TICKETS

The price for all activities during the conference and coffee, food, snacks, and drinks is EUR 300 per participant. The registration is binding, but you can transfer your place to a colleague if you are prevented from attending. The conference fee will be invoiced within 30 days after your registration.
