On-demand webinar: How to design intranets that include and engage frontline workers

For many years, we have seen organizations launch great intranets – but without making the solutions available for the deskless workforce. But the times are changing, and today it is a priority to include also frontline teams in initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Welcome to a webinar where we will discuss the new challenges that this positive development presents – and how these can be handled and solved.

In this 45-minute session, digital employee experience consultant Suzie Robinson from ClearBox Consulting will share knowledge and experiences on how to include best and engage frontline workers going forward.

What you will learn

  • What are frontline workers' needs?

  • Challenges when trying to reach frontline workers?

  • How to design solutions that engage frontline workers?

  • Intranet and employee experience trends – what to expect during 2023?

In this webinar, Anders Fagerlund, Product Offering Lead for Omnia, discusses how to successfully reach frontline workers with your intranet, employee apps, and productivity solutions with Suzie Robinson from Clearbox.

Suzie has worked with intranets for 15 years and has practical experience with all aspects of an intranet lifecycle, from research to implementation, to ongoing governance, and overall strategy. Suzie’s intranet experience has grown out of the roots of internal communication, so she has a focus on employee experience and engagement, plus strong content. Frontline users were often the core user base for the intranets Suzie managed, so she has extensive experience in finding ways to engage and connect a broad audience range.
