How Duni Group Strengthened Communication Across a Global Workforce

Before starting the new intranet project, an employee survey showed that many users struggled to navigate and find information. 85% of employees said they found it “quite to very difficult” to locate information on the old intranet.

Duni Group then relaunched an Omnia-powered intranet to support its new brand identity and improve employee communications. Internally called the Duniverse, the new intranet provides a modern, engaging, and consistent digital workplace. The platform has strengthened brand alignment, supports editors, and enhances internal communication throughout the entire organization.
