How Everllence Transformed Its Digital Workplace Experience

As Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) advanced its digital transformation, its older intranet, built more than a decade ago, couldn't support modern workflows. Employees faced challenges in finding, sharing, and engaging with information in a complex global organization.

To address this, Everllence launched an Omnia-powered intranet tied to Microsoft 365 as the central digital hub. It aims to offer a flexible, user-friendly experience that meets employee needs and fosters cross-location collaboration. This structured, insight-driven approach ensured the intranet was tailored to how employees actually work.
