How Signify Cultivated Employee Engagement Across a Global Workforce
As a global organization with more than 27,000 employees across 70 countries, Signify needed a better way to connect its workforce and strengthen internal communication. To address this need, Signify launched a new Omnia-powered intranet to serve as a central hub for company news, collaboration tools, and employee engagement.

A strong focus was placed on personalization and usability. The intranet introduced a cleaner, more intuitive structure, making it easier for employees to find relevant content. Local and global news were better balanced, with local stories featured more prominently to improve relevance and engagement.
